    House of Persephone is based in London, England.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be purchased on site. They are delivered via e-mail and make for great last minute presents.
  • I’m having trouble with the website. What should I do?
    If you are experiencing issues with the website, please get in touch via the contact form so it can be investigated.
  • How are items made?
    Each item is handmade in my living room!
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately via the contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Do you offer custom orders or special requests?
    Custom orders and special requests are available - get in touch via the contact form and we can discuss your ideas!
  • How long does it take for orders to dispatch?
    Each item at House of Persephone handmade by me, Lana. Dispatch times vary by item - for example, a print might be sent out in 1 day, but a sculpture or customised item can take up to 5 days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
  • What are your shipping options?
    There is standard or express shipping available. Standard shipping costs £2.95 (free on orders over £35) and takes approximately 3-5 business days. Express shipping costs £5.95 and takes approximately 1-2 business days. These delivery estimates apply after the order has dispatched which may take up to 5 days.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    House of Persephone is UK based and only ships domestically from this site at this time. For USA/Canada/Australia shipping, please visit our Etsy shop (https://houseofpersephoneart.etsy.com) where select items are available. More countries and items coming soon!
